Our Philosophy

The Faculty of Rathna Education Trust believes in providing nursing education grounded in scientific principles, educational theory, and practical application. Our aim is to prepare professionally qualified nurses who can function as team members in all healthcare settings in the role of a practicing nurse. With experience, our graduates are well-equipped to take on leadership roles in Nursing Education, Nursing Service, and Administration.

We emphasize the all-round development of our students, with special focus on their human, moral, psychological, cultural, intellectual, and spiritual aspects. These elements are essential for preparing professional nurses who will be contributing citizens and effective change agents in an ever-changing society.

Our Objectives

Develop confidence and competency in providing quality education and patient care in various healthcare settings.
